Description

The Road Construction Helper supports roadwork teams by performing manual labor tasks

handling materials

and assisting skilled workers such as equipment operators

masons

and engineers. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth progress of road construction

repair

and maintenance projects

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Maintenance Clear debris
• vegetation
• and obstacles from roads and work areas.
• Load and unload asphalt
• gravel
• sand
• cement
• and other road construction materials.
• Keep the worksite clean
• organized
• and safe.

• and materials to machine operators and skilled laborers.
• Operate basic hand tools (shovels
