The Welder Assistant supports welders in day-to-day operations by preparing materials
setting up equipment
and maintaining a safe
organized workspace. This role is essential for ensuring welding projects are completed efficiently

and to high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing metal parts and work surfaces for welding (cleaning
- grinding
- positioning).
- Gather

- and supply tools
- consumables
- and materials needed by the welder.
- Hold

- or adjust metal pieces during welding processes.
- Clean and smooth welded surfaces using grinders or other tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear (helmets
